We Now Offer Split Shipping!

As we have listened to our customers - we are now able to offer faster shipping options by split shipping items per direct source shipping location.

Previously we were having all items shipped directly to our main warehouse and then shipping (as purchases were filled) out to customers that would sometimes cause substantial delays for In-Stock Figures and Made To Order Clothing items.

We have now divided all of our existing In-Stock and Made To Order items by source shipping location. That way if you have 2 items that are printed/shipped from one location, and 3 items that are printed/shipped from a separate location, you will be able to receive two separate shipments at faster speeds as they ship directly from their source locations!

This will speed up intermediate shipping processes - but we will still be able to offer all support via our helpdesk if there are any issues with your purchases. 

We hope this helps with faster shipping for our customers once we have removed some of the bugs within this shipping process!


No More (Full Price) Pre-Order Deposits!

As many of you have previously purchased Pre-Order items from us, we understand the issue and pain of paying up front (and in full), and then waiting months for the items to arrive. 

We are testing out a new system where items that are not immediately on the way to us (within the next 30-60 days) will be able to be Pre-Ordered with only a $1 deposit per item!

No more full price - up-front - payments for Pre-Order items!

We have changed this so if we find there are any delays or issues, your full payment is no longer tied up in the Pre-Order limbo awaiting the arrival of the item.

This will also offer split shipping for any In-Stock Figures or Made To Order Clothing Items to ship ahead of time as well. This way, we can ship out what is in immediate inventory - while waiting for your remaining Pre-Order items to be released and restocked at a later date!

We do require a $1 authorization (per item) to put you in line for this item and also make sure your billing information is correct at the time of purchase. If your billing information changes along the way, no worries. We will be able to send an invoice for alternate payment methods to finalize the item. However we are not able to send any Pre-Order items out until the remaining purchase has been paid for in full once it is on the way or ready to ship. 

We are starting this method to hopefully alleviate any questions or issues within future Pre-Order purchases. This will also alleviate any full payments that had to either be directly refunded, are currently pending refund, or sent merch vouchers in their place.

Once we have tested this method out for a few weeks - we hope that this will work better for our customers and also keep our shipping schedules a bit more tidy as well!
