As we are getting closer to the holiday season, below is a quick shipping guide to help with ship times. We will be shipping every day the USPS is available (Monday-Sat) through the months of Nov/Dec to keep up with the demand of holiday purchases.
Clothing Items Shipments:
CLOTHING ONLY purchases will be split shipped as clothing items are available.These items are shipped from our main warehouse, and different printshops within the US, at different times.
Clothing Items THAT ARE NOT LABELED as "Pre-Order" or "Arriving Soon" (within the title or variant of the product), usually ship within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). These items are printed on demand, and in the order they were received.
"Arriving Soon" Clothing Items THAT ARE LABELED as Arriving Soon (within the title or variant of the product) usually ship shortly outside of the 5-7 business day (not including weekends or holidays) ship range. As these are items we do not directly oversee, we are unable to guarantee ship times but they will ship as they arrive and are available to ship.
"PRE-ORDER" Clothing Items THAT ARE LABELED as PRE-ORDER (within the title or variant of the product) will ship as they are restocked. As these are not items we directly oversee, we are unable to guarantee ship times but they will ship as they arrive and are available to ship.
Due to the made to order nature of all of the clothing items, we are unable to guarantee any exact delivery date due to any manufacturing or shipping delays outside of our control.
Figures And Collectibles Shipments:
Figure and Collectible purchases will ship when ALL ITEMS within the purchase are available unless additional shipping is purchased per shipment.We recommend purchasing items labeled as Pre-Order items (as listed within the title or variant of the product) separately from In-Stock/Arriving Soon items, to avoid shipping delays.
Purchases including Figures and Collectibles THAT ARE NOT LABELED as "Pre-Order" or "Arriving Soon" (within the title or variant of the product), usually ship within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
"Arriving Soon" Figures and Collectibles THAT ARE LABELED as Arriving Soon (within the title or variant of the product) are items currently scheduled to arrive shortly to our warehouses, and will ship as these items (or your full purchase) are available to ship. As these are items we do not directly oversee, we are unable to guarantee ship times but they will ship as they arrive and are available to ship.
"PRE-ORDER" Figures and Collectibles THAT ARE LABELED as PRE-ORDER (within the title or variant of the product) will ship as they are restocked. As these are not items we directly oversee, we are unable to guarantee ship times but they will ship as they arrive and are available to ship.
