Damaged Box items are discounted due to packaging flaws only. The figures inside are in full working condition and include all listed accessories.

What "DAMAGED BOX ITEM" Means

Damaged Box items feature significant cosmetic flaws to the outer packaging compared to "Regular Condition" or "Collector Condition" figures. All Damaged Box items will have a Damaged Box sticker applied to the outside (and sometimes inside flaps) of the packaging — this is required by the manufacturer to clearly distinguish these from standard or collector-grade items.

Important: These are not box display-ready items. Damaged Box items are intended for collectors who remove figures from their packaging. No mint or collector packaging is available for any product listed with "Damaged Box" in the title.

All figures and accessories are inspected prior to shipment to confirm no damage to the figure itself and no missing accessories. We are unable to accommodate requests for "less damaged" or "partially damaged" boxes — items are sold and shipped as-is. Damaged Box items are final sale and cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded for any reason.

If a Damaged Box item is not immediately available to ship, your order will be placed on a waitlist. You will be shipped the item as soon as damaged box versions become available. No action is required on your part — we will fulfill your order automatically when stock arrives.
