Returns + Refunds:As noted at the time of purchase - most items are made to order items (clothing items, etc) or special order items (figures, props, masks, soundtracks, etc) so there are varied return policies for these items.
For all clothing items: If there is a manufacturer defect (the clothing item or print quality) we will be able to accept returns but we will need to receive a photo of the item first depending on the defect before we are able to authorize a return.
If the wrong item or wrong size than ordered is sent, we will be able to authorize a return and get a shipping label out to you for the return at no additional cost.
If you have decided to change your purchase item, size or want to cancel your item, depending on it's special order or direct in-stock availability will vary case by case as far as the availability for returns or refunds. In all clothing return cases - ANY washed, worn or otherwise modified clothing item will not be able to be accepted as a return or refunded item regardless of reason for return.
For all other items (blankets, soundtracks, figures, masks, etc): If there is an issue with the direct manufacturing of the item we will need to receive a photo of the item first depending on the defect before we are able to authorize a return.
As most of these items are wrapped or sealed, we are unable to accept ANY returns or refunds for opened items. Brand new releases/pre-orders that may have issues with manufacture defect may be able to be returned but any out of production item will not be able to be returned once it is opened.
Also, due to health issues of masks and customers wearing masks - we are unable to accept returns on any mask/prop items (except in the case of actual manufacturer defect for an exchange of the same product) for this very reason. The masks are made for display purposes but are also able to be worn depending on your size, however we are unable to accept returns if the mask does not fit, again due to health reasons.

Pre-order items: All Pre-order items are not able to be cancelled or refunded once they are purchased unless the items are cancelled by the manufacturer in total. We will list scheduled release/ship dates per item, however the actual release date MAY differ from the listed date at the time of purchase. We will keep it updated where possible but even if the item release date is pushed back, we are still unable to offer refunds on these items unless they are cancelled in full.
