We inspect each figure before shipping and do not send overly damaged packaging (unless it is marked as a DAMAGED BOX item prior to purchase) and figures with cosmetic packaging issues are not able to be returned or refunded. This may include any smaller packaging flaws that would make it to be not considered Collector Condition - as it is purchased as Regular Condition prior to purchase.
