We generally use cotton-based blanks unless noted otherwise. Additionally, we cannot accept requests for specific blank brands or design adjustments.

As we print each item on demand, we are not able to cancel, modify, or exchange orders after you place them; therefore, all sales are final.

We are not able to offer replacements for correctly shipped items. If you receive an item with an incorrect print or size, we will replace it after inspection confirms that there is an issue with the item you received. If you receive the correct item that you had purchased, we are not able to exchange it for a different design or size as the item you received was previously made specifically for your order.
